Solution of White Balance for LED Display Screen

This article introduces the whole optical match scheme for led display screen, including dice K-factor control, LED packaging technics, white balance and the optical design of model cup (LED lens). It is the most advanced optical match theory in LED display sign field.

White Balance is the important technology for LED Video display, it means: R:G:B is 3:6:1. to achieve the best color uniformity!

According to the needs of our customers, summed up a set of their own method of calculation. Customers who need the brightness and display distance between two points,they can tell us ,we can serve our customers all-round way for the customer’s led screen to make a perfect light distribution program. To facilitate the following presentation, I will introduce a few terms and definitions of indoor led screen and outdoor led display.
White Balance: The deployment of three colors to a vision of a white process. Deployment can be divided into two elements: color and brightness.
1: Set the fixed conditions: temperature, voltage, use the power cord.
2: Set the color targets and range (tolerance), generally refers to target colors X, Y values.
3: for white brightness adjustment.
The total brightness of color mixture is equal to the composition of mixed colors of various colors of light known as the brightness of the aggregate sum of the law.
Color appearance of the same light, regardless of whether their spectral components, as in the color mix has the same effect, that is, those who are visually the same color are equivalent, and this law can be derived color instead of law.

The LED for Full color led display screen

A good environment for the use of methods and the LED for high-quality long-term maintenance LED Display Screen  is also very important:

1, anti-static for LED Video display

     LED Display assembly plant should have a good anti-static measures. 5, Mixed light for LED Display board

    8, Driver circuit design for led screen

     LED Display module on board the drive arrangement drives also affect the brightness of the LED. As the drive output current in the PCB board transmission distance too far, will make transmission path pressure drop is too large, the impact of the normal LED operating voltage to reduce its brightness. We often find that the LED display module brightness around the middle lower than that for this reason. Therefore, to ensure consistency of display brightness, it is necessary to design a good distribution of drive circuit.

New Pattern LED Production Technology for LED Display Lighting Industry.
Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics on November 14 in Changchun announced that after 10 years of scientific research, they successfully developed the world’s first “integrated three-in-one” type LED display, this new technology will change the current LED displays screen the world market by the “three-in-one table paste” the dominant pattern.
It was learned that the LED Video Display ’s core technology is a completely independent intellectual property rights “for large-scale mass production of LED display Screen brightness, color-by-point correction of the same technology” to subvert the results of previous international LED display panel design, making China the world’s first stand in the forefront of LED display industry.
According to industry, currently in the world market dominated by “three-in-one table paste” LED display, and its shortcomings are: the use of table affixed to the LED display technology, in the production process to go through the one-tube packaging and the second two welding processes, welding of the second more stringent temperature requirements. High temperature die easily damaged, the temperature is too low loose soldering easily. Second welding in the manufacturing process in the production of high precision equipment, welding temperature, surface mounting machine for precision and use of welding materials, board thickness, etc. have a great impact on its reliability.

What are the minimum and maximum of a LED Giant Screen?

 

The minimum and maximum viewing distances of a LED Display screen are measured depending on two fundamental characteristics of the screen:

 

the pixel pitch and the screen’s dimension.

#1 – the minimum distance is calculated converting into meters the pixel pitch. For example, a LED maxi screen with 10mm pitch has a minimum viewing distance of 10 meters, while a 20mm pitch screen has a minimum viewing distance of 20 meters.

 

#2 – the maximum distance instead, depends on the screen’s dimension and it can be calculated multiplying x10 and converting into meters the number of maxi-screen’s square meters. For example a 4×3 meters (=12sq) can be viewed from 120 meters distance.

 

Viewing distance is one of the most important factors needed to determine the correct size of most indoor led screen and outdoor led screen.

As a general rule: 1 inch of text is viewable up to 50 feet away1or 25mm of text is viewable up to 15m away. The following diagram illustrates at what distance and character size that a stationary audience will recognize and understand the content of an electronic sign.
