Acceptance of high-quality LED screen, generally from six aspects, color reproduction, color block color difference, mosaic phenomenon, brightness and viewing angle, white balance effect.

1.Color Reproduction

The color reproduction refers to the display of color reproduction.

The color of the display should be highly consistent with the color of the broadcast source, so as to ensure the realism of the image.

2. No Color Block

Color block refers to the existence of more obvious color differences between adjacent modules.

3. No Mosaic and Dead Spot Phenomenon

4. Flatness

LED display surface flatness should be within ± 1mm to ensure that the display image is not distorted.

Localized convex or concave will lead to the display of the visual angle of the dead center. Good or bad flatness is mainly determined by the production process.

5. Brightness and Viewing Angle

Indoor full-color screen brightness to be more than 600cd/m2. Outdoor full-color screen brightness to be more than 4000cd/m2.

In order to ensure that the normal work of the display, otherwise it will be too low because of the brightness to see the image displayed.

The size of the brightness is mainly determined by the LED tube core. The size of the viewing angle is directly determined by the size of the display audience, so the bigger the better.

6. White Balance Effect

White balance effect is one of the most important indicators of the display.

Color science when the ratio of red, green and blue three primary colors for 1:4.6:0.16 will show a pure white, if the actual proportion of a little deviation will appear in the white balance deviation, generally pay attention to the white whether there is a bias blue, yellowish green phenomenon.

The white balance is mainly determined by the LED control system, and the tube core also has an impact on the color reproduction.
