With the development of LED display module, the usage rate is rising cause more customers have realized that it is a beneficial tool to expand businesses and bring more profits. However, sometimes the daily maintenance of LED display panel may be neglected, and lifespan of the product can be reduced and the visual effect may be weakened. 1. Surrounding Environment

1. Avoid use or place your LED display modules in an inappropriate environment with high temperature, high humidity, high acid or other extreme conditions. If there are flammable materials, too much gases or dusts, there may not be a good place for you to place your LED displays. For instance, too much dust may hurt the circuit.
2. When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation can not be implemented well, the LED display board should not be under running for a long time.
2. Starting Up & Turning Off
For starting up, you should turn on the PC and then turn on the display when using the display.
When it comes to turning off your LED screens, the sequences should be: first, LED display; second, control software; finally, computer. If you turn off the computer firstly, it may cause serious consequences such as bright points and burning out.
Besides, the interval between switching on and off should be at least 1 minute. Do not play in full white, red, green, blue, and other full-bright screens for a long time, as the LED screen will be at maximum power and result in the greatest impulse current to the entire power distribution system.
3. Power Supplying
1.The use of AC power is prohibited, and don’t make positive and negative of the power oppositely. If it happens, burning out may be caused or even worse – fire disaster. And the supply voltage should be 220V ± 10% and 50HZ ± 5%.

3.Grounding protection is necessary to prevent from been struck by lightning. The lightning protection facilities must be checked frequently and you need to inspect the lightning rods and grounding circuits regularly.
4.Power your large LED display screen gradually, as the maximum power may overload the power distribution system.

With prolonged exposure to the wind, sun, rain and dust, LED display module may accumulate dampness, dust or other pernicious materials. 6. Hardware and Software
If there are dots out of control or abnormal modules, please check all the hardware if possible, including whether there are problems that happen on the wiring connection, fans, ventilation filters, etc. And whether the socket is plug-in correctly and so on.
Don’t forget your content can’t run unless the software side of things is taken care of. You need to test the LED display control system including the consistency of the LED screen. For example, whether there are flickers, abnormal color and uneven brightness while showing the images. The management system and antivirus software will need to be kept up-to-date.
